Firm Application
Who should complete this application?
- If you are the broker-in-charge or appraiser who is a sole proprietor, partner, or corporate officer of a firm that is not currently a participating firm in AAAR and would like to join as a REALTOR® firm or MLS-Only firm.
Designated REALTOR® and MLS Subscriber Application
Who should complete this application?
- You are a North Carolina licensed broker-in-charge or appraiser who is sole proprietor, partner, or corporate officer and your firm is either:
- Applying for membership with AAAR
- Currently affiliated with a participating firm with AAAR
- You are joining AAAR as a primary or secondary REALTOR®
REALTOR and MLS Subscriber Application
Who should complete this application?
- You are joining AAAR as a primary or secondary REALTOR® member and wish to gain access to the AAAR MLS.
- Your license is affiliated with a firm that currently participates in AAAR.
MLS-Only Subscriber Application
Who should complete this application?
- North Carolina real estate licensees and appraisers who hold primary REALTOR® membership with another association and wish to gain access to the AAAR MLS for MLS-Only services (not membership benefits)
- Active North Carolina real estate licensees and appraisers who are affiliated with a firm that is already a participant in the AAAR MLS
Office Admin/Personal Assistant Application
Who should complete this application?
- Office staff or personal assistants who are not licensed agents but have access to the MLS to perform tasks for agents or offices
Affiliate Firm Application
Who should complete this application?
- Affiliate membership is for companies who, while not engaged in selling or dealing in real estate, are looking to promote their product or service to the REALTOR® community. Examples of affiliate firms are lenders, home inspectors, insurance companies, etc.

Complete this form if you do not already have the Supra eKey app from another association/MLS and need access to AAAR lockboxes.
Cooperating eKEY Agreement
Complete this form if you have the Supra eKey app from REIN and would like it programmed to access AAAR lockboxes.
Lockbox Request Form
This form should be completed if you need a lockbox(es) and needs to be signed by the broker-in-charge of your firm.
Firm Lockbox Agreement
This form should be completed if this is the first time your firm is requesting AAAR lockboxes and needs to be signed by the broker-in-charge of your firm.
Agent Transfer Form
To be completed when an agent transfers from one firm to another
MLS Subscription Waiver
An MLS subscription waiver may be granted to an agent who is affiliated with a participant firm in the AAAR MLS if the agent has access to another MLS. The agent and broker-in-charge must certify that agent will not have access to, or benefit from, the AAAR MLS. Non-compliance with the subscription waiver will subject the Participant (firm) to a $500 fine.
